The\u00a0<strong>Senior Management Team<\/strong>, comprising department heads, oversees key areas like finance, programs, and human resources.<\/p><p>CIDI also has\u00a0<strong>Program Implementation Teams<\/strong>\u00a0that work directly with communities, and a network of\u00a0<strong>Team Leaders<\/strong>\u00a0across Uganda to ensure localized, impactful interventions. Supporting these efforts is a dedicated group of\u00a0<strong>administrative staff<\/strong>\u00a0who manage logistics, communications, and other essential functions.
