Organisational Structure

At the top is the Board of Directors, responsible for governance and strategic oversight. The Executive Director leads the organization, managing daily operations and ensuring alignment with CIDI’s mission. The Senior Management Team, comprising department heads, oversees key areas like finance, programs, and human resources.

CIDI also has Program Implementation Teams that work directly with communities, and a network of Team Leaders across Uganda to ensure localized, impactful interventions. Supporting these efforts is a dedicated group of administrative staff who manage logistics, communications, and other essential functions. This structure enables CIDI to effectively deliver its services and achieve its development goals.
